Wash & Care
- Ventilation is the best way to care for merino wool. Merino wool is a naturally antibacterial fibre, which is why merino wool products do not need to be washed often.
- If the hat gets wet, open the folds of the hat straight and stretch it slightly lengthwise.
- Open the folds of the beanie straight and turn the product inside out.
- Wash at 30°C on a wool wash program with similar colors, no tumble drying.
- Use a wool detergent with a pH of less than 7.
- For stains, you can use a stain remover.
- After washing, the product is shaped, i.e. straightened. The folds of the beanie are still kept open and the product is gently measured. Do not stretch the product widthwise.
- The product is dried on a flat surface in an airy place or in a drying cabinet on a low heat. In a drying cabinet, the product must not be hung in such a way that it stretches widthwise when wet and heavy.
- When the beanie is completely dry, fluff it a little, for example by shaking the tassel, and then turn the folds back in place.
